Job Summary:

Care Esteem is seeking a skilled Software Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of our software products through rigorous testing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct system testing to ensure software applications meet specified requirements and function as intended.
  • Collaborate with developers and project managers to understand business requirements and translate them into test cases.
  • Utilise tools such as LoadRunner for performance testing and Jenkins for continuous integration.
  • Perform regression testing to verify that new changes do not adversely affect existing functionalities.
  • Execute PL/SQL scripts for database testing and validation.
  • Participate in release management activities, ensuring that all testing is completed prior to deployment.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in software testing within a professional environment.
  • Strong knowledge of system testing methodologies and best practices.
  • Experience with business requirements analysis and translating them into actionable test cases.
  • Proficiency in using testing tools such as LoadRunner and Jenkins.
