Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Dog Groomer to join our Stirling store team. As a Pet Care Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional animal spa experiences, exceeding customer expectations and upholding the highest standards of animal welfare.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality dog grooming services, ensuring every pet leaves our store feeling pampered and relaxed.
  • Provide excellent customer service, addressing any concerns and building strong relationships with clients.
  • Maintain a safe and clean working environment, adhering to health and safety policies and guidelines.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in dog grooming or equivalent industry qualification.
  • An ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication skills.
  • Flexibility to cover shifts over 7 days, including weekends.
Benefits
  • Competitive hourly rate of £13 per hour, plus uncapped commission scheme, offering the potential to earn up to £6,000 per annum.
