  • Understand clients' investment objectives, mandates, and portfolio composition.
  • Act as an internal advocate for clients, liaising with portfolio management and support teams to ensure client requirements are met.
  • Maintain open communication with clients to deliver servicing needs.
  • Support clients with regulatory reporting requirements.
  • Liaise with internal teams to meet client servicing needs.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant industry experience.
  • Experience with equity and fixed income strategies, with knowledge of alternatives preferred.
  • Extensive experience in UCITS fund onboarding and queries.
  • Fluent in Spanish.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
