About the Role

We are seeking a highly specialist clinical psychologist to join our team in Palliative, Cancer and Bereavement Services. The successful candidate will have extensive experience of working with individuals with complex and challenging mental health conditions.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide highly specialist psychological assessment and therapy to clients with complex mental health conditions.
  • Develop and implement highly specialist psychological plans to manage risk and promote recovery.
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care to clients.
  • Contribute to the development and delivery of training and education programs for staff.

Person Specification
  • Post-graduate doctoral level training in applied psychology.
  • Post-doctoral training in one or more additional specialised areas of psychological practice.
  • Trained in clinical supervision and the supervision of doctoral trainees.
