About the Role

The UK Growth Lead will be responsible for driving growth in the market, with a primary focus on net new growth and a secondary lens on enabling organic growth within our client base.

We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic professional to join our team as the Growth Lead. The ideal candidate will be a strong connector between partnerships, growth, our local team, and various pillars such as content, data, media, and technology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to drive business growth and market share.
  • Identify and build relationships with key stakeholders and partners within the UK digital media landscape.
  • Oversee sales initiatives and ensure achievement of set targets.
  • Stay updated with the latest digital trends and technologies to maintain competitiveness and innovation.
  • Collaborate closely with partnerships, growth, and local teams to align on strategic goals and initiatives.

About You

  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in various roles and positions within the digital media industry.
  • Proven experience in sales and leading small teams.
  • Strong understanding of data analysis, technology, content, and digital media strategies.
  • Exceptional knowledge of the digital media and adtech landscape.
  • Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
