Actuarial Analyst Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Actuarial Analyst to join our team at IDEX Consulting. As a key member of our actuarial consulting team, you will play a lead role in delivering exceptional consultancy services to our clients in the UK Defined Benefit/Final Salary Pension world.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise phases of actuarial valuations and special projects, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
  • Prepare and present materials for client meetings, showcasing your expertise and building strong relationships.
  • Manage the implementation of new services, driving efficiency and growth.
  • Coordinate and review project assignments, ensuring high-quality work and timely completion.
  • Assist in the development and presentation of proposals for consulting services, highlighting value and expertise.
  • Grow client relationships and continuously improve service efficiency, seeking opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Consult with other lines of business on projects and expanded client relations, fostering collaboration and innovation.
  • Supervise and delegate work to junior staff, ensuring their growth and development.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of benefits products available in the marketplace, staying up-to-date with industry trends.
  • Pursue actuarial credentials through ongoing professional development, enhancing your skills and expertise.
