Actuarial Consultant Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Actuarial Consultant to join our team at IDEX Consulting. As an Actuarial Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality consultancy services to our clients in the UK Defined Benefit/Final Salary Pension space.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise phases of actuarial valuations and special projects, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
  • Prepare materials for and attend client meetings, presenting to clients and prospects with confidence.
  • Manage the implementation of new services, coordinating with colleagues to ensure seamless execution.
  • Review project assignments to ensure timely and accurate work, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Assist in the development and presentation of proposals for consulting services, showcasing our expertise.
  • Grow client relationships, proactively seeking opportunities to improve the efficiency of our services.
  • Consult with other lines of business regarding projects and expanded client relations, fostering collaboration.
  • Supervise junior level staff, delegating tasks and providing guidance to ensure their growth and development.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of types of benefits products available in the marketplace, staying up-to-date with industry trends.
  • Pursue actuarial credentials through continual professional development, enhancing your skills and expertise.
