We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our Reconciliation Centre of Excellence – ADM team as a Vice President, Reconciliation Manager I. This role is located in Manchester, UK – HYBRID.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Enhance Client Experience: Identify and implement new technology solutions to improve client experience and satisfaction.
  2. Streamline Operations: Act as a subject matter expert to streamline team processes, working with global representatives to implement platform-based solutions to current manual processes.
  3. Develop Talent: Identify, motivate, support, and develop staff, maximizing their contributions, professional growth, and ability to function effectively with their colleagues as a team.
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in business management.
  2. 4-5 years of total work experience with at least 0-1 years in management preferred.
  3. Experience in brokerage/banking operations/reconciliation processes preferred.
  4. Applicable local/regional licenses or certifications as required by the business.
