About the Role

Miki Travel Europe is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Travel Contract Coordinator to join our Contracts and Purchasing team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for sourcing hotel accommodations across Europe for both group bookings and individual leisure travelers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contract Management: Accurately input large volumes of contract data, including rates, conditions, and allotments, across various systems.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Contract Managers to verify the precision and completeness of contract details.
  • Hotel Onboarding: Onboard new hotels by connecting them to the appropriate Channel Managers.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory by negotiating additional stock or closures as needed.
  • Market Analysis: Assist the division in optimizing dynamic connections, conducting availability checks, and ensuring market competitiveness.
  • Dispute Resolution: Investigate and resolve any contract discrepancies.
  • Interdepartmental Coordination: Coordinate with departments in London and internationally to ensure systems are updated accurately and timely.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain up-to-date records of all hotel contracts and related documents.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to Contract Managers.
Requirements
  • Language Skills: Fluent spoken and written English.
  • Numeracy: Good level of numeracy.
Desirable Qualifications
  • Hotel Operations Experience: Hotel Operations experience or Degree in Travel & Tourism would be an advantage.
  • Software Skills: Knowledge of Google or Microsoft Suites.
  • Language Skills: A European language (other than English) would be an advantage.
