About the Role:

The Selection Partnership Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Exhibition Project Manager to join our team. As an Exhibition Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing exhibition design and build projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Liaison: Discuss project requirements and briefs with clients to ensure a clear understanding of their needs.
  • Project Coordination: Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery.
  • Time Management: Manage project timelines and deadlines to ensure projects are completed on schedule.
  • Project Budgeting: Manage project budgets and ensure costs are within allocated limits.
  • Material Sourcing: Source and order materials required for project completion.
  • Logistics Management: Organize logistics for project execution, including transportation and storage.
  • Health and Safety: Complete health and safety documentation for each project as required.
  • Event Attendance: Attend exhibitions, including build and dismantle, in the UK and potentially overseas.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and resources accordingly.
  • Travel Requirements: Possess a full and valid driving license and passport, with the ability to travel within the UK and potentially overseas.
  • Residency Requirements: Be currently residing in the UK and have full leave to remain.
