Exhibition Project Manager

KnoWho is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Exhibition Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our events team, you will be responsible for the planning and execution of large-scale exhibitions from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the planning and execution of exhibitions, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including production, design, and logistics, to ensure seamless event operations.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
  • Develop and manage project budgets and timelines, ensuring effective resource allocation and risk management.
  • Oversee on-site event operations, ensuring smooth running and problem resolution.
  • Source and negotiate with suppliers and vendors to ensure best value for the client.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, and proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in event management, preferably in an agency environment.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful, complex events with excellent project management skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of event production, including audio-visual, lighting, and rigging.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and producing innovative and memorable events.
