Warehouse Worker Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Warehouse Worker to join our team at Phoods. As a key member of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Loading and unloading goods from delivery vehicles with care to prevent damage
  2. Handling materials with precision to meet quality standards
  3. Picking and packing orders accurately and efficiently to meet customer expectations
  4. Operating warehouse machinery safely and effectively
  5. Managing shipping and receiving processes to minimize delays
  6. Organizing stock within the warehouse to optimize storage and retrieval
  7. Performing heavy lifting tasks as required to meet operational needs

Requirements:

  1. Previous experience in a warehouse environment is highly desirable
  2. Familiarity with warehouse operations and procedures is essential
  3. Ability to perform physical tasks involving heavy lifting is required
  4. Strong organizational skills to manage stock efficiently are necessary

Working Conditions:

  • Full-time position with a regular Monday to Friday schedule
  • Competitive salary of £1,400.00 per month
