About this role

We're seeking highly motivated professionals to join our team and support clients in achieving their business objectives by providing expert guidance on technology and innovative solutions.

  • As a Transformation and Change Analyst at Sparta Global, you'll develop your skills through rigorous training, coaching, mentorship, real-world client projects, and ongoing professional development opportunities across various sectors.
  • You'll have the opportunity to acquire advanced qualifications, enabling you to progress to roles such as Business Analyst, Project Manager, Project Support, PMO (Project Management Officer), Scrum Master, and Product owner.

You'll utilise your expertise to identify and solve complex business problems, assess client needs, and provide strategic guidance on how to leverage technology and other solutions to achieve their objectives.

What we're looking for

This role is suitable for an individual with a passion for technology and innovation, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and 6-12 months of transferable experience.

Given our national presence and client base across the UK, we require all candidates to possess the flexibility and willingness to relocate post-training for deployment to client sites.

The estimated salary for this role is £35,000 - £40,000 per year, based on experience.
