About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Interim Human Resources Advisor to join our team at SF Recruitment (Nottingham) on a temporary basis. As an Interim HR Generalist, you will be responsible for providing HR support to our client, a dynamic and growing organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide HR generalist support to the organization, including recruitment, employee relations, and benefits administration.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with management to identify and address HR-related issues and concerns.
- Conduct employee training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in HR generalist role.
