About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and caring individual to join our relief team as a Relief Nursery Practitioner at Childbase Partnership. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality care and education to children aged 0-5 years, working across various age groups and supporting the on-going success of our company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide relief cover for team holidays, training, and other staff leave
  • Work with all age groups (0-5 years) across the nursery
  • Contribute to the on-going success of our company
Requirements
  • Naturally nurturing, caring, and compassionate to others
  • Some experience of caring for children under five, ideally in a nursery environment
  • Interest in child development and how children learn
  • Positive role model to the children in their care
  • Enjoy contributing within a busy, team environment

  • Hourly pay rate: £11.88-£13.15 (qualified to level 3 or above), £11.83 (qualified to level 2), £11.77 (not early years qualified)
