Overview

Pay - £6.72-£11.44 per hour.

We are seeking a skilled Coffee Shop Assistant to join our team at Dunelm's thriving coffee shops, affectionately titled Pausa. As a key member of our team, you will contribute to the preparation of our delicious range of food and beverages, provide excellent customer service, and develop and uphold customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve high-quality food and beverages to our customers.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience for all.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and maintain a clean and safe working environment.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a coffee shop or retail environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a commitment to maintaining high standards.
  • Able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to meet the needs of our customers.
