About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quest Designer to join our Fable team at Playground Games. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for crafting engaging and immersive quests that bring our game world to life.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop quests that align with the project vision and goals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including narrative, environment art, level, and game design
  • Mentor junior designers and assist with onboarding new team members
  • Drive team progress and provide internal feedback and documentation

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in quest/level/mission design, with a track record of delivering high-quality work on published titles
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships with diverse teams
  • Demonstrable knowledge of key quest and open-world gameplay design concepts
  • Passion for video games and the RPG genre
