Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Security Systems Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in installing, commissioning, and servicing various field equipment, including Fire and Intruder Alarm systems, CCTV, Access Control, Audio Visual, Public Address & Voice Alarm systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Installation, commissioning, and servicing of security equipment.
  • Retrofitting upgrades/extensions to existing systems.
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Site planning and accurate installation based on site survey documentation.
  • Reactive call-outs to site and on-site technical support.
  • Documentation completion in line with company standards.
  • Strict Health & Safety adherence.
  • Participation in a 24/7 on-call rota.
  • Customer advice on latest products and services.

Requirements and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Technical expertise in Access Control & CCTV.
  • Administration skills with sound knowledge of internal business systems.
  • Commercial awareness and system design/pricing knowledge.
  • Service-oriented attitude and good communication skills.
  • Team player and relationship builder qualities.
  • BAFE/SSAIB/NSI accreditation and CSCS/ECS Card.
  • IPAF/PASMA/Asbestos Awareness certification.
  • Recent/current electrical qualifications.
  • Industry-standard manufacturer knowledge.
