Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced clinician to join our team at the Clinical Support Desk, dedicated to providing remote clinical decision-making services across Wales.

This role involves providing telephone and video-based clinical assessments to 999 callers, requiring a high level of critical thinking and interpersonal skills.

As a Clinical Decision Maker, you will work in partnership with the International Academy of Emergency Dispatch, using state-of-the-art clinical decision support software to achieve the best outcomes for our patients.

The ideal candidate will have 5 years of post-registration experience as a Nurse or Paramedic, with a strong focus on customer service and a commitment to going above and beyond.

Our team is based in contact centres across Wales, with easy access to major roads and amenities.

This role involves shifts, including nights, weekends, and bank holidays.

We welcome applications from Welsh and/or English speakers, and the ability to speak Welsh is desirable.
