About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Service Manager to join our team at Riverside. As a Service Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of professionals to deliver high-quality care and support services to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of professionals to deliver care and support services to customers
  • Develop and implement service plans to meet the needs of customers
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of care and support services
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and Riverside's policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with other teams and stakeholders to achieve service objectives
Requirements
  • Experience of working in a supported housing environment with a vulnerable and diverse group of customers
  • Experience of managing a team and developing service plans
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
