Join Our Team as a Maintenance Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team at Equals One Ltd, a leading upholstery fillings supplier in the UK. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our 100,000 sqft facility.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced Maintenance Engineer to join our team. You will be responsible for undertaking preventative and reactive maintenance, new installations, and continuous improvements projects across our site. Our manufacturing processes are varied and include Robotics, CNC cutting equipment, textile Carding machines, Sewing Machines, compressed air Spray equipment, Conveyor systems, and more.

Key Responsibilities
  • Undertake training in all areas of our manufacturing processes to develop a clear understanding of our operational and servicing requirements.
  • Contribute to preventative and reactive maintenance, new installations, and continuous improvements projects.
  • Work directly alongside fellow Maintenance Team colleagues to ensure the smooth operation of our facility.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
