Sales Manager

We are seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager - Boilers & Renewables to join our team in the South West region.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in field sales and territory management, with experience selling heat pumps or oil boilers to plumbing contractors and installers.
A salary of £45,000 - £55,000 (depending on experience) + 15% bonus is available, along with comprehensive benefits.
About the JobThe successful candidate will be responsible for selling a high-quality range of water heating systems, including boilers, renewables, heat pumps, cylinders, biomass boilers, and air heaters.
This will involve:
- Field sales position
- Selling directly to plumbing & heating installers and contractors
- Selling into plumbing & heating independent and national merchants
The role offers a 50/50 split between account management and new business relationships, with opportunities for growth and development.
