Sales Growth Manager

A highly ambitious and results-driven Sales Growth Manager is required to join Jayfair Recruitment Solutions Limited. The ideal candidate will have experience in selling technical services within the Gas and/or Water sectors and a proven track record of sales success. Key responsibilities include identifying new sales opportunities, developing and executing sales strategies, building relationships with key decision-makers, managing the sales pipeline, closing deals, tracking and reporting on sales performance, and engaging in industry events.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic and rapidly growing client that turns over around 5 million per annum supplying maintenance services to underground utilities companies. This is an excellent chance for a motivated and experienced sales professional to make a real impact and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who can work independently, as well as part of a team, and has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
What You'll Get:
In return for your hard work and dedication, our client is offering a competitive basic salary of up to £55,000 + 15% bonus + company car. This is a fantastic opportunity to earn a high income and benefit from a comprehensive package.
