We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Project Manager to lead all aspects of projects in No7 Beauty Company's IT department. The successful candidate will work closely with the wider IT organisation and external partners to ensure each project meets its objectives, is delivered on time, and within budget.

As a Senior IT Project Manager, you will be responsible for scoping out projects, ensuring they are delivered effectively, and maintaining compliance with our project management processes.

The projects you will oversee may involve implementing new systems, such as a master data management tool, or coordinating the development of a new website or mobile application for our customers. You will need to plan and schedule project timelines, coordinate resources, and manage budgets to achieve desired outcomes.

About the Job

The primary duties and responsibilities of this role include:

  1. Leading the planning and implementation of projects.
  2. Planning and scheduling project timelines to meet business objectives.
  3. Coordinating project resources to ensure efficient delivery.
  4. Managing project risks and issues to minimize impact.
  5. Tracking and maintaining project budgets to stay within allocated funds.
  6. Building and managing relationships with external partners and stakeholders.
  7. Monitoring project performance and reporting progress to senior management.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in project management, including qualifications such as APMP, Prince2, or MSP.
  • Experience working with multiple project delivery methodologies, including waterfall and agile approaches.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with a proven ability to build relationships and influence.
  • Resilience and adaptability in the face of challenges, with a commitment to supporting your team.
