About the Role

Skanska, a leading global development and construction company, is seeking a skilled Data Insights Specialist to join its team. As a key member of the Building Services business unit, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and improvement through data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect, clean, and analyze data to inform business decisions and drive strategic initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain business intelligence solutions using Power BI and other tools.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify data needs and develop reports and dashboards to meet those needs.
  • Perform advanced data analysis, including statistical modeling and data mining.
  • Communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders through clear and concise reporting.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and business intelligence.

Requirements

  • Proven experience with data analysis, business intelligence, and data visualization tools.
  • Strong understanding of statistical methods, including regression, classification, and machine learning.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas simply.
  • Experience with Power BI, SQL, and other data analysis tools.
  • Advanced numerical skills, including mathematical and statistical knowledge.
