Main Responsibilities:


As a key member of our team at HCRG Workforce Solutions, you will be responsible for carrying a caseload of Child Protection, pre-proceedings, and some care proceedings work. This will involve working closely with children, families, and other professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for vulnerable young people.


You will be office-based for 3 days per week, with the flexibility to work from home or other locations as needed. We offer a supportive and collaborative work environment, with access to a car on a daily basis.
