Job Title: Insurance Executive Commercial

We are seeking an ambitious and experienced Insurance Executive Commercial to join our successful team at Slater and Gordon Lawyers (UK).

The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience in Clinical Negligence and be able to manage their own caseload, assess claims, and ensure that customer expectations are well managed.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for handling new claims, actioning them in accordance with our service level agreements, and updating the Claims Management System.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a caseload of Clinical Negligence claims
  • Assess claims and ensure customer expectations are met
  • Handle new claims and action them in accordance with our service level agreements
  • Update the Claims Management System
  • Work collaboratively with our team to achieve our goals
