You will lead the Estates Management Team to professional standards that meet the strategic objectives of the Council. Your key responsibilities will include managing the team of Surveyors, providing strategic advice, and leading key projects. You will have the opportunity to work closely with the Estates Management Team to deliver exceptional results. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in estate management and negotiations, as well as sharp communication and project management skills. **Key Responsibilities:**

* Manage the tenanted estate, including commercial offices and farms, and transfer of school leases
