Store Manager

About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic Store Manager to lead our store team in the South East London Area. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of store operations, from stock management to recruitment. You will have the freedom to think commercially and maximize sales potential in your store.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead your management team and colleagues in store, driving exceptional store standards and sales growth.
- Oversee all aspects of store operations, including stock management, recruitment, and compliance.
- Work closely with your team to develop their skills and achieve their best.
- Coach and inspire your team to reach their full potential.
- Drive sales growth, maintain outstanding store standards, and consistently exceed KPIs.
Requirements
- Store Management experience within a fast-paced and high turnover Retail environment.
- Experience of managing and developing medium to large sized teams.
- A history of successfully working towards and achieving KPIs.
- Flexibility to work a range of hours, including weekends and bank holidays.
