Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team at MAHLE as a Project and Sales Analyst. This role will be responsible for the governance and development of project processes, reporting directly to the head of projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the proposal and project control processes from initial enquiry to proposal release to the customer.
  • Oversee ongoing quotation and project plan management from initial release to customers to receipt of purchase order or issue of work order.
  • Complete the issue of work order process upon receipt of customer purchase orders.
  • Maintain regular contact and build strong working relationships with project and proposal leaders.
  • Analyze, interpret, and report on project performance, including financial and timing metrics, for the leadership team.
  • Ensure project plans are up-to-date in support of month-end, year-end, and other processes.

Requirements

  • GCSEs in Mathematics and English at Grade C or above, or equivalent, are essential.
  • A further education qualification in a business-related subject, or working towards, is essential.
  • Qualifications in management or supervision are desirable.

Skills and Experience

  • IT literacy in MS Office applications, including Project Server 2013, is essential.
  • Proven organizational and time management skills are essential.
  • Experience working in a commercial environment is desirable.
  • Proven office administration experience, including handling confidential information, is essential.
  • Administration experience in an automotive environment is desirable.
  • Experience in powertrain development is desirable.
