We are seeking an experienced Transactional Finance Specialist to join our team at Rescourcery Group.

About the Role:

This exciting opportunity involves managing transactional finance processes, working closely with the Finance Director, and fostering positive working relationships within the business.

Responsibilities:

  • Cash Management: Manage cash ledgers, perform reconciliations, and ensure accurate and timely payments.
  • Credit Card Transactions: Post and reconcile credit card transactions to maintain financial accuracy.
  • Invoicing and Customer Liaison: Ensure accurate and timely invoicing, manage purchase orders, and liaise with customers for payment security.
  • Purchase Invoices and Bank Payments: Process purchase invoices, manage outstanding items, prepare payment runs for approval, and handle bank payments.
  • Expense Claims and Ad-hoc Tasks: Review and process manual expense claims and support the wider finance team with ad-hoc tasks.

Requirements:

  • Proven Experience: Proven experience in transactional finance, preferably within a similar industry or sector.
  • Finance Function Knowledge: A solid understanding of the finance function within a business, including cash management, credit control, and accounting principles.
  • Accuracy and Attention to Detail: A track record of accuracy and attention to detail, ensuring financial records are maintained accurately and up-to-date.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal stakeholders and external customers.

About the Salary:

The estimated salary for this role is £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience, based on current market rates and taking into account the company's location and industry standards.
