Trainee Mortgage Advisor

Countrywide Mortgage Services is seeking a skilled Trainee Mortgage Advisor to join their team in King's Lynn. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and will be rewarded with a competitive salary and uncapped commission.

We are looking for an exceptional individual who possesses the skills, attributes, and drive to improve our customers' experience throughout the mortgage process. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Building relationships with Estate Agency teams to provide training and support.
  • Attracting new customers and business while achieving professional goals in a result-driven environment.
  • Providing advice on a range of products and services to meet customer needs.
  • Participating in regular branch meetings to discuss best practice and build lasting relationships.

Requirements:

  • Hold CeMap or industry equivalent qualification.
  • Able to generate new business in a target-driven environment.
  • Outstanding customer care and customer service experience.
  • Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems).
  • A Full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle.
