Trainee Mortgage and Protection Advisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team as a Trainee Mortgage and Protection Advisor. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Building relationships with our estate agency teams to provide training and support.
  • Attracting new customers and business while achieving professional goals in a result-driven environment.
  • Providing advice on a range of products and services to meet customer needs.
  • Participating in regular branch meetings to discuss best practices and build lasting relationships.

Requirements:

  • Hold CeMap or industry equivalent qualification.
  • Able to generate new business in a target-driven environment.
  • Outstanding customer care and customer service experience.
  • Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems).
  • A full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle.
