Crown Lift Trucks Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Insite Support Representative to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support and commissioning of our InfoLink Fleet Management product on Crown and non-Crown models.
Key Responsibilities- Provide technical support and training to customers on the use and administration of the InfoLink Fleet Management application and modules.
- Troubleshoot related software and hardware issues, collaborating with our Technology and VNA Manager as needed.
- Assist branch and field service technicians with hardware, wiring, and mounting installation, ensuring proper testing and commissioning of InfoLink/APS installs.
- Document and report hosting and hardware installation progress to management, providing regular updates and insights.
- Support sales teams with customer trials, sales presentations, and expediting InfoLink orders.
- Collaborate with management to provide periodic reports on installations, customer engagement, and other key metrics.
- Basic understanding of maths and a level of literacy is essential.
- Some computer/IT skills and technical field experience in the lift truck industry are preferred.
- Interpersonal skills are required for effective liaison with customers and internal departments.
- Self-motivation and comfort speaking in front of small to medium-sized groups are necessary for this role.
- Travel and occasional overnight stays may be required.
