As a leader in the construction industry, we are in search of a Construction Administrator to contribute to our mission of excellence.
Position Overview
In this role, you will report directly to the administration manager, focusing on providing essential support to the commercial team in designated areas of responsibility.
Your primary responsibilities will encompass the following:
- Distribution of all necessary documentation and plans, including tender requisitions.
- Maintaining accurate and current subcontractor and consultant information through our construction data management system.
- Processing invoices, orders, and generating payment certificates in alignment with site budget accounts.
- Inputting material prices and manual orders into the company’s designated database, along with managing material purchase orders, delivery sheets, and credit requests.
Key Qualifications:
- Alignment with our Core Values of Teamwork, Integrity, and Communication.
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in an administrative capacity.
- A professional demeanor and approach.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficient IT skills, particularly in Microsoft applications.
- Experience working with databases.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing circumstances.
- Ability to work independently while valuing teamwork.
- Experience in a similar role within the construction or housing sector is a plus.
- Access to personal transportation is required due to office location.
