About the Location:

Located in the heart of the English countryside, Four Seasons Hotel Hampshire offers a tranquil and picturesque setting for our guests to unwind and relax. With 500 acres of beautifully landscaped grounds, our hotel provides a serene escape from the hustle and bustle of city life.

About the Role:

The Housekeeping Coordinator is a vital member of our housekeeping team, responsible for ensuring that every guest room is immaculate and ready for our discerning guests. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Assign duties to room attendants and monitor their progress to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Communicate with guests and other departments to resolve any issues or concerns.
  • Coordinate the preparation of special amenities and services for our guests.
  • Manage the housekeeping operation, including inventory management and supply ordering.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field.
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
