About the Role
- The successful candidate will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our patients, delivering high-quality nursing services and contributing to the development of our practice.
- As a Clinical Lead Nurse Practitioner, you will be responsible for attending to patients who wish to be seen by a healthcare professional, making assessments of their needs based on highly developed nursing skills.
Key Responsibilities
The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Seeing and advising people regarding their ongoing medical and nursing needs.
- Developing continuing management plans for patient health.
- Providing high-quality nursing services to a defined practice population.
- Responsibility within the practice for the development and direction of clinical and managerial aspects of nursing care.
What We Offer
We offer a competitive annual salary of up to £53,219 (band 8a) pro rata, depending on qualifications and experience, as well as support with training and development opportunities.
