Job Summary

As a Retention Specialist at Stericycle, you will play a critical role in mitigating business revenue and profitability risk by identifying, investigating, and resolving commercial issues. You will be responsible for negotiating contracts with existing customers, managing customer contract lifecycles, and facilitating communications on behalf of the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and investigate commercial issues that pose risk to future account and revenue attrition
  • Negotiate contracts with existing customers to reduce volume and frequency of service or terminate agreements
  • Manage customer contract lifecycles through negotiation to renewal or termination
  • Facilitate communications on behalf of the business, verbal and written
  • Be the subject matter expert on commercial contracts and BU-specific services for customer queries

Requirements
  • University/college education or similar relevant sales/commercial experience
  • Strong computer literacy, including Microsoft Office suite
  • Proficient in the use and understanding of CRM systems, Salesforce preferred
  • Must be qualified to work in the UK and have a clean criminal records check
