About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Services Advisor. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and providing expert advice on our range of motoring and cycling products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring that every customer leaves the store feeling valued and satisfied.
  • Offer expert advice on our products, including car parts, technology, and cycle repair services.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our products and services, staying up-to-date with the latest developments in the motoring and cycling industry.

Requirements

  • Availability to work a rota basis, including weekends.
