About the Role:
We are seeking a seasoned Sales Team Leader to join our team in Irlam. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of Telesales agents, providing coaching and training to enhance their performance and contribute to the overall success of the business.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and motivate the Telesales team to achieve exceptional results
• Conduct regular coaching sessions to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies for growth
• Collaborate with the National Desk Based Sales Manager to monitor productivity levels and provide reports on coaching progress
• Develop and implement sales booster days to drive take-up and meet/exceed targets
• Work closely with the National Desk Based Sales Manager to create individual coaching and development plans for all sales team members

Requirements:
• 2-3 years of experience managing a team in outbound sales
• Proven track record of creating and implementing effective L&D plans
• Experience in Telecoms industry (desirable)

Salary and Benefits:
