About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive to join our team at Moon Executive Search. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for supporting the complete sales administration cycle, from initial contact with clients to managing client inquiries and orders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the sales team with administrative tasks, including maintaining CRM database, coordinating sales meetings and events.
  • Assess client needs, raise quotes, and manage purchasing and pricing.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing solutions.
  • Work closely with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a sales administrative role, preferably in the IT or Telco industry.
  • Strong understanding of IT services, including migrations, cloud backups, and license renewals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
