Quality Assurance Position in Manufacturing

Skill Alliance is looking for a skilled Manufacturing Inspector to join our team in Oxford, UK. As a leading medical technology company, we strive to deliver high-quality products to our customers while ensuring the safety and well-being of patients.

This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the success of our global operations. The Manufacturing Inspector will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products by performing in-process inspections and testing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inspecting assemblies, sub-assemblies, and finished products.
  • Maintaining GDP/GMP compliance within the manufacturing QC areas.
  • Supporting initiatives to improve performance.
  • Supporting the completion of area-related NC, investigations, and exception documents.
  • Performing GALA walks and statistical trending analysis.
  • Ensuring that all work instructions, SOPs, and test specs are current and correct.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline or equivalent.
  • 5 years' experience in Manufacturing Quality for medical devices.
  • Working knowledge of GDP/GMP requirements.
  • Ability to create and write SOPs and work instructions.
  • Understanding of inspection criteria and use of drawings/specifications.

The estimated annual salary range for this role is £45,000 - £55,000.
