Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Diligenta. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a leading provider of outsourced administration services to the UK Life Assurance and Pensions market. You will be working with well-known brands, including Lloyds Banking Group, The Phoenix Group, Standard Life, AVIVA, M&G Prudential, and Nest, the UK government's workplace pension scheme.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to customers via phone, email, and other channels
  • Assist customers with their life assurance, savings, investments, or pension plans
  • Update customer information and resolve queries in a timely and professional manner
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements
