Outpatient Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Outpatient Department at Practice Plus Group Surgical Centre, Devizes. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our organisation.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-standard patient care, supported by evidence-based practice
- Ensure nursing is practiced within relevant Department of Health legislation, NMC Code of professional conduct, Care Quality Commission guidelines, NICE guidelines, and Practice Plus Group policies and procedures
- Function as a clinical practitioner, responsible for the delivery of patient care, managing and organising a workload on a daily basis
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care
- Participate in the development and implementation of clinical policies and procedures
- NMC Registered Nurse Part 1
- Evidence of Continued Professional Development
- Recent experience at Band 5 or equivalent
- Ability to demonstrate evidence-based practice
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
