About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our Outpatient team at Practice Plus Group Surgical Centre, Devizes. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, managing and organizing a workload, and working closely with medical colleagues to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality patient care, supported by evidence-based practice
  • Ensure that nursing is practiced within the constraints of and guided by relevant legislation, codes of conduct, and guidelines
  • Manage and organize a workload, prioritizing tasks and ensuring efficient use of resources
  • Work closely with medical colleagues to ensure seamless care and effective communication
  • Participate in the development and implementation of policies and procedures to improve patient care and outcomes

Requirements

  • NMC Registered Nurse Part 1
  • Evidence of continued professional development
  • Recent experience at Band 5 or equivalent
  • Ability to demonstrate evidence-based practice
  • Desirable: ECG, venepuncture training, intermediate life support training
