About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Export Sales Administrator to join our team at Brook Street UK. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing export documentation, processing customer orders, and ensuring the smooth delivery of goods to our international customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Documentation Management: Prepare, record, and process export documentation for customers outside the UK.
  • Customer Orders: Create accurate invoices from customer orders and ensure timely delivery.
  • Shipping and Freight: Compile packing lists and ensure the correct preparation of customs documentation.
  • Customer Liaison: Communicate with customers regarding order dispatch and provide advice on export procedures.
  • Cost Management: Maintain competitive shipping and air freight costs.
  • Invoice Approval: Review and approve courier invoices.
