About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Billing Administrator to join our team at Howett Thorpe. This is a newly created position due to company growth, and you will be joining an expanding organisation that will be looking to expand further over the next few years.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for working across various departments, liaising directly with suppliers, and developing KPI's and processes to improve revenue assurance and protect margins.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar position, managerial experience would be beneficial, and a passion for customer service.

Job Description

Key responsibilities include:

  • Daily use of CRM (HubSpot), Order Management (The Layer) and Billing systems.
  • Managing a small team of 2.
  • Working across Customer Service and Accounts Payable/Receivable teams to ensure accurate and timely billing.
  • Developing KPI's and processes to improve revenue assurance and protect margins.
  • Working with AP team and suppliers to recover costs from suppliers and align AP/billing processes.
  • Dealing with internal and external stakeholders to develop and improve systems and processes.

The salary for this role is estimated to be around £38,000 per annum, depending on experience.
