Billing Operations Manager Position at Howett Thorpe

We are looking for a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Billing Administrator.

The company is expanding, and this newly created position will give you the chance to showcase your skills in a vibrant office space with flexible working hours. The successful candidate will be responsible for working with CRM (HubSpot), Order Management (The Layer) and Billing systems on a daily basis.

The estimated salary for this role is £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.

About the Job

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Utilizing CRM (HubSpot), Order Management (The Layer) and Billing systems on a daily basis.
  • Developing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and processes to improve revenue assurance and protect margins.

A background in using billing engines and managerial experience would be beneficial. Strong organizational skills and a passion for customer service are essential for this role.

  • Previous experience in a similar Billing Administrator position.
  • Experience in using billing engines.
