Job Title: Sports Betting and Gaming Assistant

We are seeking a motivated Sports Betting and Gaming Assistant to join our team at Entain. As a key member of our shop team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and assisting with sales in our retail stores.

About the Role:

  • Assisting customers with placing bets and understanding our products.
  • Helping to maintain high shop standards and ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Working closely with the Shop Manager to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Participating in product training and development to stay up-to-date with new products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing excellent customer service and responding to customer queries.
  • Assisting with cash handling and banking procedures.
  • Operating electronic point-of-sale systems and managing stock levels.
  • Building strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
