Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Bid Manager to join our team, responsible for managing the end-to-end bid process for assigned tenders, including RFPs and RFIs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales, account management, and sales support teams.
  • Manage the bid process, ensuring all tender requirements and documents are completed by deadlines.
  • Write high-quality bid responses, referencing existing bid library materials and input from Subject Matter Experts.
  • Proofread and edit responses from bid stakeholders, project managing deadlines and submitting tender responses.
  • Track win/loss analysis, manage customer communications, and arrange presentations.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a bid writer/manager role, ideally in the EAP, Occupational Health, Health Insurance, or Wellness industry.
  • Strong time management, prioritization skills, and ability to work to tight deadlines.
  • Excellent written English language skills and proofreading skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate with internal senior staff during the bid process.
  • Proficiency with MS Office skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
